  • Please bring a drink bottle and towel to your session.
  • Toilet is available on site.
  • On site and street parking available.
  • The Fundamental session needs to be completed within the first 2 weeks of joining.
  • If you are wishing to participate as a casual, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Bookings are Essential as we can only accept 12 participants per class.
Classes are to be purchased in 4 week blocks.
$12.50 first child. $7.50 per sibling thereafter.

Seniors Classes

Our classes are focused on movement and a healthy vibrant atmosphere. We take away all the intensity and focus on keeping you young. $9.50per class.
