  • Please bring a drink bottle and towel to your session.
  • Toilet is available on site.
  • On site and street parking available.
  • Our On Ramp class is for those wishing to try out our classes who have little to no experience but would love to give it a go. We teach you the correct lifting technique of exercises we commonly use in our classes, taking away the intensity and focusing purely on education.
  • If you are wishing to participate as a casual, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Bookings are Essential as we can only accept 16 participants per class.
Classes are to be purchased in 4 week blocks.
$12.50 first child. $7.50 per sibling thereafter.
